1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the melbet platform and all its services. Compliance with these Terms is mandatory for every user.

"Platform" refers to melbet's website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered an account on this platform or is in the process of doing so.

1.1 Language

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. Any dispute arising from a translation will be resolved according to the Bengali text.

1.2 Applicability

When this platform is accessed from Bangladesh, it is the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations applicable to Bangladeshi users. melbet does not support any unlawful activity.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on melbet, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, this will be treated as bonus abuse and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For account verification, melbet may request identity documents, proof of address or other documents from the user. Withdrawal requests may be on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. If unauthorised use is suspected, customer support must be contacted immediately.

2.4 Access by Third Parties Prohibited

Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

3. Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the melbet platform is 21 years. Anyone who does not meet this age requirement may not open an account or take part in any betting or gaming activity. 21+

If an account is found to belong to a minor during age verification, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

melbet reserves the right to restrict or discontinue services for users from certain countries or regions. Using a VPN or similar technology to conceal one's actual location will be considered a violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh can be used for financial transactions on melbet.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• After a successful deposit, it may take some time for the funds to appear in the account.
• melbet is not responsible for any loss caused by errors in the information provided.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is completed.

4.3 Account Ownership

It is recommended to use the same method and the same account for both deposits and withdrawals. Transactions using a third party's account are prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

melbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms which are announced at the time of the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If any suspicious activity related to bonus abuse is detected — such as opening multiple accounts or low-risk betting patterns — melbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.3 VIP Cashback

melbet's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback based on a set percentage of the net loss for that week. At the Diamond level, this rate goes up to 1.0%.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting on melbet, particularly for cricket, football and other sports.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless the market is declared void for any reason. A bet will not be considered valid until it has been successfully confirmed.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or held outside its scheduled time, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to melbet's own rules. In such cases, the bet amount may generally be refunded.

6.3 Odds Changes

The odds in effect at the time a bet is placed will be considered final. Odds may change before an event begins, and such changes will not apply to bets already placed.

6.4 Restrictions

melbet reserves the right to set betting limits for any user or to reject specific bets, particularly if unusual activity is detected.

7. Casino Games

melbet's casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, fishing games and many other types of games.

7.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all casino games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. melbet does not interfere with game results.

7.2 Technical Errors

melbet will not be liable for any loss caused by a technical error or disconnection during gameplay. However, if an error in the game provider's system is confirmed, the relevant round may be voided.

7.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical error is proven. Users who use offensive language or behave improperly in the chat may be temporarily or permanently banned.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

melbet may suspend or permanently close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Harassment or misconduct towards other users.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

melbet will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or by a third party.
• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Unauthorised access or account hacking, where the user has not taken adequate security measures.
• Financial loss from betting or gaming — as gambling is inherently risky.
• Indirect or consequential loss.
